You can delete your DoubleBump account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, both from inside the app and without it.

1. Delete In-App

Open DoubleBump
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm — deletion begins immediately

2. Delete Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email:

Send a deletion request Include the email or nickname associated with your account

Request Deletion by Email

3. What Gets Deleted

Profile — name, email, nickname, photo, social links
Bump history, relationship levels, and feed activity
Location data tied to bump events
Encounter memories and photos
Device identifiers and push notification tokens

Account information and associated data are permanently deleted within 90 days after your deletion request is confirmed.

4. Time to Complete

In-app deletion requests are confirmed immediately. Email requests are confirmed within 30 days. All associated data is then permanently removed from our systems, including backups, within 90 days of confirmation. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
